Our strict selection starts by choosing candidates who hold degrees in Marine Biology and Marine Science, ensuring an elite scientific foundation. Under the strict supervision of our PADI MSDT Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Instructor Nikola, every intern resets their training back to the absolute beginning. Regardless of their prior experience, they retake every course from Open Water up to Rescue Diver with EFR, and Deep and Nitrox Specialty Diver, achieving a flawless 100% score in both theory and intense water skills.
Only then do they enter our 30-day core DMT training, followed by 4 full months of guiding dive trips under the heavy supervision of our senior PADI instructors around Nusa Penida, Crystal Bay, Blue Corner, Tangked and Biaha Shark Caves, Gili Tepekong and Mimpang and all other challenging dive sites around Bali.
